Longview, Marshall, Gilmer, Henderson, Lindale, and Tyler, Texas. The

several years has entered the Upshur, Harrison, Rusk, and Smith County
markets.
The company was founded in the 1930’s and has continuously operated since
that date, first as an abstract company, providing abstracts to attorneys
for title opinions, and now primarily as a title insurance agent for several
major underwriters.
Central’s services include title insurance policies, title research,
commercial and residential real estate closings, escrow services, title
searches and certificates, 50-year chains of title, environmental ownership
searches, and numerous related tasks. The staff at Central Title is
experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated to serving the needs of its
customers.

counties. The early plants and unique information contained in the plant
provide the best research available. Current information necessary to title
research is computerized, and is updated on a daily basis to reflect the
latest information filed in the real property records of the county.
Technology provides an integral part of Central’s ability to offer the
client the most efficient service possible from the beginning of the
transaction through closing, to the final issuance of the policy. The
continuously updated computerized programs and state of the art equipment
assist the staff in providing excellent service to the customer. Technology
enhances the ability to research all real property records in the five
counties.
Through online services, Central is also able to access information from the
U.S. bankruptcy courts, as well as from the office of the Secretary of
State, and the Office of the Comptroller of the State of Texas and other
governmental agencies, both in Texas and out of state. Central has
affiliations with several attorneys who specialize in real estate law, and
upon request, can refer matters requiring an attorney.

courteous service in East Texas. |
